IMPORTANT -- NEW SERVERS -- AGAIN (!) After moving most of our clients' accounts to new servers over the last copule of months, we are forced to do it again. Excessive amounts of spam and viruses have caused major problems where my servers have been hosted. A new server has been online two months already (as of May 2004) with a different provider, with much better resistance to spam and virus onslaughts, so we're moving accounts to the newest servers. But there's more good news: your hosting space will be two to four times what it was previously for the same money, plus many new features are being added (see your new control panel for more information). Most clients will have access to the new system by Monday, May 10, 2004, if not sooner. Meanwhile, if you're having problems, I encourage you to use the Helpdesk rather than send email to insure I receive it, and can track it. Usernames and passwords will not change, so you can access your Control Panel and email as before. Note that passwords have not changed for any of the above. Please use our Helpdesk support system for all but the most urgent problems. If you need phone support, call (215) 527-1048 if you are having a serious problem. Leave a message if you get voicemail. Be sure to give your domain name any time you require emergency technical support, otherwise we may not know who you are.
